ARA - Offering Memorandum

Full redesign of Apartment Realty Advisors - Offering Memorandum, a 80-140 page marketing and financial information package. I was charged with a complete overhaul of the existing "OM" template for the sale and disposition of The Apartments at Denver Place. In less than 14 days I concepted and executed this design which included:

- Overall Graphic Design, Layout, Typesetting
- Illustration (Mapping, Graphs, Photo-illustrations)
- Location Photography
- Printing and Binding
